Nowadays, most of meat processing plants in China use steamer to steaming and roasting meat, or use stove to roast meat artificially. During those processing there are many shortcomings like this:
(1) Can’t be continuous production, unable to meet the production needs of large meat food processing plants.
(2) Roasting time, temperature and humidity control is not accurate; the quality of products is not stable, it cannot meet the requirements of the central temperature and surface color.
(3) Waste of energy, causing environmental pollution
(4) Use open flame, with poor safety.
This kind of machine is used to roast the whole duck. The ducks are hung on the supporting rods connected on conveying chain in traditional way, and the steam pass through the pipe to the steam nozzle arranged on the cover body. Electric heater heats the air and use fan cycle it to form thermal field, then giving ducks continuous roasting. Roasted duck is charred on the outside and tender on the inside, and with attractive color. They can be directly packaged or as semi-finished products into the next process.
