The carcass weighing system is used for automatic weighing of poultry carcass, which is installed before the carcass of broiler at the end of the rifling goes into the precooler, and is used together with automatic unloader and automatic counter. It can complete automatic weighing and counting of broiler carcass in batches, has a summary function to centrally display the quantity and weight of each section on the computer, and can print out the results at any time.
The carcass weighing system consists of pallet, weighing hopper, electronic platform scale and computer control system. The tray is installed under the chicken unloader of the poultry body, where the bird body is automatically unloaded from the viaduct line and falls into the tray. An adjustable rotating rod is arranged in the tray to regularly drop the poultry body into the weighing hopper, and a static electronic platform scale is installed under the weighing hopper for weighing data.
